ZEROBASEONE will return with a new album next month as their unexpected extension continues to draw attention across the K-pop industry.
Their agency, WAKEONE, confirmed at the start of the year that the group’s special limited album ‘RE-FLOW’ is scheduled for release on February 2nd. The comeback arrives five months after their first studio album, ‘NEVER SAY NEVER’, which was released in September.

ZEROBASEONE’s time begins to flow once more. The album is even titled ‘RE-FLOW’.
Adding to anticipation, the group recently unveiled a series of concept photos featuring the members in graduation gowns. The visuals immediately became a talking point online. While the imagery reflects the conclusion of the group’s original project timeline, the meaning has shifted. When paired with ‘RE-FLOW’, the graduation concept is being read not as a final goodbye, but as a transition—signaling continued activities under their newly extended term.

What’s driving industry focus is the group’s unusual status. As a project team formed through the 2023 Mnet audition program Boys Planet, ZEROBASEONE was originally set to disband this month. However, they made headlines late last year by announcing a sudden extension of full-group activities—something rarely seen for audition-based groups.
This release follows the group’s earlier announcement of a surprise “two-month activity extension” after their first full album, ‘NEVER SAY NEVER’. The titles themselves—moving from “nothing is impossible if you don’t give up” to “flowing again”—have resonated strongly with fans. Many ZEROSE supporters are interpreting the wording as a message tied to hopes for the group’s continued activities.
Meanwhile, attention is also on sales performance. With the new album approaching, industry watchers are asking whether ZEROBASEONE can once again surpass their own records. The group previously became “consecutive million-sellers in first-week sales for six albums,” including their debut, and has now exceeded 9 million copies in cumulative album sales during their two-and-a-half-year activity period.
Looking ahead, the group is also scheduled for a major public appearance. ZEROBASEONE will attend the 2nd D AWARDS, taking place at Korea University Hwajeong Gymnasium in Seoul on February 11th—a date already marked by fans anticipating their next stage.
