SILVERBELL Reveals Ongoing Divorce with Yun DDan DDan Amid Infidelity and Violence Claims.
Singer-songwriters SILVERBELL (31) and Yun DDan DDan (35) are headed for divorce after nearly five years of marriage. On June 12, SILVERBELL took to Instagram to share a detailed personal message, confirming she’s currently in the middle of divorce proceedings with Yun DDan DDan.
The couple, who started dating in 2014 and tied the knot in 2019, had both been active in the OST scene. SILVERBELL contributed to the drama Ugly Miss Young-ae Season 13, while Yun DDan DDan lent his voice to OSTs for What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim, Reunited Worlds, and The Package.
In her message, SILVERBELL revealed she’d filed and won a lawsuit against her husband for infidelity. She also mentioned that she’s now undergoing treatment to recover from the emotional and physical toll.
“Even during our dating period, when emotional disputes escalated with my husband, there were incidents that led to physical and mental harm, to the point of bodily injury. We got married despite being aware of these issues, trusting each other. However, the problems recurred,” she wrote.
“Despite my best efforts to maintain the relationship, the relationship became irreparable due to an instance of infidelity that wasn’t resolved, and the subsequent violence that occurred during emotional conflicts. This process led to a lawsuit for infidelity and separation,” she added.
SILVERBELL made it clear that she wasn’t trying to start a public feud. “This record does not escalate into further conflict or hurt, and that the intention behind this record, which is to protect the hearts of those close to me, does not become distorted.”
Interestingly, Yun DDan DDan had already hinted at his own shortcomings back in 2018 while announcing their marriage. At the time, he stated, “I gave her (SILVERBELL) a lot of grief. Through various routes like women problems, personality issues, slips of the tongue, and behavioral mistakes, I really turned her world upside down.” Some videos of the two together are still visible on Yun DDan DDan’s Instagram.
