Go Yoon-jung Caught Secretly Trying On Shin Shi-a’s Luxury Handbag.
In the May 3rd episode of tvN’s ‘Resident Playbook’ (Ep. 7), Oh Yi-young (played by Go Yoon-jung) got caught red-handed trying on Pyo Nam-kyung’s (played by Shin Shi-a) luxury handbag when she thought no one was watching.
The funny moment happened when Pyo Nam-kyung stepped out to check on an emergency patient. Oh Yi-young couldn’t resist and picked up Pyo Nam-kyung’s luxury bag. Just then, Um Jae-Il (Kang You-seok) walked back in, catching her off guard. Oh Yi-young froze and played it cool, acting like nothing happened — and it was pretty hilarious.
Earlier in the episode, Pyo Nam-kyung had bragged about the bag, telling Oh Yi-young, “It’s on a 12-month interest-free installment plan, and the store said this color was the last one in the entire country. Isn’t it pretty?” But Oh Yi-young wasn’t impressed and shot back, “It’s not my style.”
Their rivalry was also brought up. Pyo Nam-kyung said, “I was first in internal grades, and she was first in mock exams.” Oh Yi-young rolled her eyes and pointed to the fancy bag, saying, “All that’s useless now. I have no money, I’m hungry, and I’m a pauper. Did you buy another one?”
Pyo Nam-kyung also shared a bit about her love life, telling everyone she broke up with her boyfriend. But Kim Sa-bi (Han Ye-ji) and Um Jae-Il weren’t buying it. When she confidently said, “Even if he contacts me again, I won’t meet him,” Kim Sa-bi clapped back, “There she goes again. Once you’ve sorted out whether you fought or broke up, just tell us the conclusion.”
Turns out, Pyo Nam-kyung wasn’t being entirely honest. She’d actually texted her boyfriend, “Contact me when you’re over it. I’ll be waiting.”
The mix of fashion envy, rivalry, and romance drama made this episode of Resident Playbook both funny and juicy — and fans definitely got a kick out of Oh Yi-young sneaking around with that Luxury Handbag.
