Ahead of its premiere, tvN dropped some visually intriguing classroom character posters on the 12th. Fans are already buzzing over the warm, sunlit window scene, where Park Seong-ah, Bae Gyeon-woo, and Pyo Ji-ho sit side-by-side—each wearing layered emotions on their faces.
Park Seong-ah (played by Cho Yi-hyun) is seen in full-on shaman garb, scribbling a talisman behind a math book with a smile that says she’s ready to fight fate. The quote, “I will save you, in the way you hate the most,” perfectly sums up her bold resolve to protect her first love, Bae Gyeon-woo (played by Choo Young-woo), who’s burdened by a tragic destiny.
Meanwhile, Bae Gyeon-woo’s got a storm in his eyes. Always the loner, he’s been keeping folks at a distance to avoid dragging them into his misfortunes. But Park Seong-ah’s relentless warmth might just change all that. His pained expression pairs with the line, “Don’t do anything for me. Just stay where you are,” hinting at the inner walls he’s built—and maybe, how they’ll start to crack.
