TV Chosun’s weekend drama ‘Confidence Queen’ (컨피던스 맨 KR) is turning heads again—this time with a star-packed list of special guest actors confirmed just before the finale. The show will feature Kang Nam-gil, Uhm Hyo-sup, Jung Ae-youn, Han Groo, and Yeo Hoe-hyun, all joining in the last two episodes to give fans something extra to look forward to.

Kang Nam-gil takes on the role of Jo Man-bok, a gosiwon resident known for his quirky humor, while Uhm Hyo-sup plays Yoo Sang-won, the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport—bringing that calm but steady charisma he’s known for. Their contrasting energies are expected to make the remaining episodes more dynamic.

Meanwhile, Jung Ae-youn transforms into Lee Na-ra, the sharp acting attorney for J-Fund International, a global investment firm, adding more intensity to the narrative with her steely determination. Han Groo returns to the screen as Go Sang-hee, who shares a casual romance with James (played by Park Hee-soon). Yeo Hoe-hyun, on the other hand, plays a chaebol heir from Oracle Engineering, adding another layer of intrigue to the story.

After wrapping up filming, the guest stars reflected on their experience. Jung Ae-youn shared, “The script was so good, there was no reason to hesitate.” Han Groo commented, “It was a dream-like time, and I am grateful to everyone.” Yeo Hoe-hyun added, “I happily participated at the director’s suggestion.”
A production team representative noted, “We are grateful to the special guest actors for injecting a powerful impact into ‘Confidence Queen’ as it heads toward its conclusion.” They also teased, “Please watch until the end to see what kind of twists they will bring about.”
As the finale approaches, anticipation continues to rise for how these guest appearances will shake up the storyline. With the drama’s momentum still strong, ‘Confidence Queen’ is clearly not slowing down—even with just two episodes left.
