Plot Overview
The drama follows Fu Yixiao (Li Qin), a top archer and red-clothed female warrior from the Jinxiu Kingdom. At the brink of defeat during the Pingling Battle, she shoots First Prince Feng Suige (Chen Zhe yuan) of the Susha Kingdom with a legendary arrow, turning the tide of the war.
However, her fortune soon changes—Fu Yixiao falls off a cliff, injuring her left arm and losing her memory. She’s saved by the Ling family of Zhengnian Mountain Villa, known for their healing arts. Meanwhile, Feng Suige, renowned as the “Young God of War,” comes from a noble lineage and carries heavy responsibilities. After surviving an assassination attempt, he arrives at the Villa and encounters the amnesiac Fu Yixiao again.
Suspecting her true identity, Feng Suige disguises Fu Yixiao as his concubine “Ning Fei,” keeping her close to uncover hidden threats. Initially, they test each other constantly. But even with memory loss, Fu Yixiao retains her exceptional martial arts skills and intelligence. Former adversaries, they slowly team up to expose conspiracies between their kingdoms.
In Yujing City, they face treacherous political struggles, working together to eliminate corrupt officials and power-hungry ministers. Through these trials, their relationship shifts from mutual exploitation to genuine understanding—and eventually, romance. Their journey combines strategy, action, and a slowly blossoming connection.
