Byeon Woo Seok is currently starring in the tvN Monday-Tuesday drama “Lovely Runner“, where he plays the role of Ryu Seon-jae, the vocalist of the top band Eclipse. His performance in the drama has been praised for its fresh chemistry with co-star Kim Hye-yoon, who plays the role of Im Sol. Byeon Woo Seok’s portrayal of the character, which seamlessly transitions between an 18-year-old high school student and a 34-year-old celebrity, has also been lauded for its versatility.
“Lovely Runner” is a time-slip salvation romance drama that tells the story of Ryu Seon-jae, a top artist who gave Im Sol, an ardent fan, the will to live. After Ryu Seon-jae’s death, Im Sol travels back in time to 2008 in an attempt to save her “favorite”. The drama airs every Monday and Tuesday at 8:50 PM KST.
