The SBS Friday-Saturday drama ‘Taxi Driver 3’ continues its momentum, and now a new antagonist steps in — Eum Moon-suk enters the season as the third villain. A special character poster featuring Eum Moon-suk was released on Monday (the 1st), heightening viewer anticipation.
The character he portrays, Cheon Gwang-jin, stands at the center of a disturbing “bodyless murder case” involving the volleyball team at Jingwang University. His arrival follows the notable appearance of Yoon Shi-yoon last week, who shocked audiences as Cha Byeong-jin, a former lawyer involved in a used-car fraud cartel.

In the newly released poster, Eum Moon-suk draws attention with an unpredictable look — messy long hair tied in a ponytail, a bold patterned suit, and black horn-rimmed glasses. His confident smile combined with a chilling aura boosts curiosity about what crimes he’s concealing and how he’ll clash with the Taxi Driver hero Lee Je-hoon (Kim Do-gi).
The production team commented, “Actor Eum Moon-suk, who opened a new horizon for villain performance by crossing between comedy and noir in the drama The Fiery Priest and the movie The Roundup (The Outlaws 2), has joined Taxi Driver 3. In particular, the spine-chilling twists Eum Moon-suk will bring, and the extreme action sequences he will unfold with actor Lee Je-hoon, will captivate viewers. We ask for your interest.”
Meanwhile, Taxi Driver 3 continues to dominate ratings. Episode 4 achieved peak viewership of 15.4%, with 12.6% in the metropolitan area and 11.6% nationwide, ranking first among Saturday and weekly miniseries. The 2049 target demographic rating also hit a peak 4.91% (average 4.2%), maintaining first place across all channels throughout November.
The production team behind the hit series — written by Oh Sang-ho and directed by Kang Bo-seung — continues to ride a strong wave of performance figures and social buzz. The drama follows the operations of Rainbow Transport, a secret organization that conducts revenge missions for victims unable to fight back.
Episode 5 airs on the 5th at 9:50 PM.
