NEXZ Drops New Video Ahead of ‘Beat-Boxer’ Comeback
JYP Entertainment’s boy group NEXZ (Tomoya, Yuu, Haru, So Geon, Seita, Hyui, and Yuki) is preparing for their comeback with the release of their third mini-album Beat-Boxer, scheduled for October 27 at 6 PM (KST).
The group recently unveiled a new teaser, NEXZ “Beat-Boxer”: Hit the Beat!, through their official channels on October 1. The clip follows the earlier invitation video released on September 29 and highlights the group’s mascot, FOX2Y. Wearing a red outfit and bandana, FOX2Y appears as a boxer in the middle of the city, striking a speaker-shaped sandbag before ending in a strong pose. The transformation into a “Beat-Boxer” suggests the new album will emphasize their powerful sound.
Beat-Boxer marks NEXZ’s first release in six months since their second mini-album O-RLY? in April. To support the album, the group will launch a new promotional website and start the “Beat Breakers Club” fan event on October 3 at 9 PM (KST).
Adding to the anticipation, NEXZ will host their special concert ‘ONE BEAT’ on October 25–26. The shows are notable as they represent the group’s first domestic solo concert since debut, and they’re expected to deliver high-energy performances.
With a mix of fresh promotional content and their upcoming live stage, NEXZ is building momentum toward the release of Beat-Boxer.
