On September 8, Ibuki, leader of the winning crew Osaka Ojo Gang from “World of Street Woman Fighter” (WSWF), also known as “Street Woman Fighter 3”, publicly revealed a dispute with the concert organizers.
Through her personal SNS, Ibuki apologized to fans: “I am truly sorry that I couldn’t participate in the Seoul concert I so wanted to attend. I sincerely apologize for not being able to keep my promise to meet you at the concert after winning.”
The dancer explained she faced serious issues with the contract conditions: “The concert organizer’s proposal required me to sign a contract under circumstances where I couldn’t even exercise my rights as an artist, and it caused friction with my (Osaka Ojo Gang) members. Therefore, I am currently discussing future concerts with a Korean lawyer.”

Despite her absence, the production company behind the World of Street Woman Fighter nationwide concert tour officially cited health reasons. They announced that Ibuki would not perform at the Busan show on September 13 at Sajik Indoor Gymnasium, while the rest of the members will continue as scheduled.
Ibuki, however, showed clear dissatisfaction. She pointed out that the organizer unilaterally announced her absence from Busan without any prior discussion: “I decided to release this statement because the concert organizer unilaterally announced my non-participation in the Busan concert without any formal discussion with me.”
Fans also noticed her missing from the Seoul concert at Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium on the 7th. Ibuki later admitted she held back from speaking then: “There was a risk that revealing this information might inconvenience the Osaka Ojo Gang members and prevent fans from enjoying the Seoul concert, so I ended up not participating in the Seoul concert without saying anything.”
She ended her message with regret: “More than anything, I am sorry for causing a burden and inconvenience to my members. I hope the organizers will cooperate so I can participate in future concerts safely.”
Ibuki led the Osaka Ojo Gang, which won Mnet’s global dance survival program World of Street Woman Fighter in July. The show featured dance crews from five countries — Korea, Japan, the U.S., Australia, and New Zealand — and the ongoing nationwide concerts are meant to carry that momentum.
